Over the years, weshootmusic have tried as many different Music Festivals as we can. We only travel the country when there is one that looks a bit special. Ramblin’ Man Fair in 2016 made the long journey worth it, otherwise we tend to stay north. In 2019 I travelled to France for Hellfest and Knotfest with HeavyMag and since then always keeping my eye out for Festivals further south.
One of the stand out ones is Victorious Festival in Portsmouth and the line ups have become some of the best/mixed in the UK.
I only spotted this one a couple of years ago as a suggestion on Facebook, it beats them suggesting the Anal Blaster 3000 with a Tungsten grip!
This year Headlining the Friday are Madness. Could you ask for a better band to set up the party atmosphere for the weekend? The Kooks, Feeder, Peter Hook and Terrorvision make the rest of the line up.
On Sunday, Royal Blood will be closing the festival, supported by Supergrass, Mel C, Cast and loads more.
Saturday has The Streets, Richard Ashcroft (aka GOD), Craig David, Rag n Bone Man and Blossoms…….plus many more.
For the quality of the Artists this year, the ticket is rather cheap. £125 for the weekend Inc Camping. That is peanuts.
I think this year we may give this one a go, pop down and take some pics.
