It’s almost time for Stalyfest again. The festival is at Bower Fold, Stalybridge Celtics home ground.
Last years festival was brilliant, so friendly and really easy to get to and from. Last year we had Cast and Starsailor and the booze was pretty inexpensive for a festival.
This year’s line up consists of The Lightning Seeds……One of Liverpools best Bands of the last 40 years. With tunes like Pure, The Life of Riley and Lucky You…….They are a cracking headliner.
Huey Morgan of the Fun Lovin’ Criminals is second on the bill, never seen him before so looking forward to hearing Scooby Snacks…
Also are Republica. I saw them last year at Britfest and they were timeless. Ready to Go and Drop Dead Gorgeous are still played regularly on the radio. The Virginmarys, Ben Ottewell, Fever Dream, Cobain Jones, Ventrelles and many more are in the line up.
I can highly recommend getting in early to see The Virginmarys, I’ve probably seen them 20 times and they are immense.
