I really wasn’t expecting to be there last night, let alone get to shoot it. I’ll keep it brief, a post came up on Facebook advertising Rick Astley and Blossoms performing The Smiths. Was it a joke?
The more I thought about it the more I thought it would probably work……..and it did. Rick Astley has a great sense of humour and at the same time is a brilliant performer, add that to Manchesters biggest thing at the minute ‘Blossoms‘, good times rolled.
I’ve never heard the Albert Hall so loud with the crowd singing their heads off. It was the Party atmosphere I expected.
