For those not going to Hellfest and Graspop, this festival provides a more extreme and specialised metal scene with bands such as Cattle Decaptiation, Carcus, Exodus and Bastardane.
Headliners and sub-headliners include Kreator, Dream Theater, Powerwolf, In Flames and the classics, Billy Idol, The Prodigy and of course Slipknot.
Visit the Viking area and the Smadreland where huge metal objects get smashed to smitherines while sipping on beers specifcally made for Copenhell at the Biergarten.
