I fell in love with this song from the minute it started, the production is first class, which is understandable having been recorded in none other than the MANIC STREET PREACHERS' studios. SOMETHING ELSE really is another step up for this Cardiff rock band, Shanes vocals at the start of the track have a real JON BON JOVI mellowness but when the chorus kicks in you could easily think the STEREOPHONICS have a new and better single out. If after one play you haven't got this chorus stuck in your head then you need it checking because it's easily their catchiest song to date and it's going straight to my playlist on Friday. If you can't wait until then to hear it they are joining HANDS OFF GRETEL and MISS KILL at THE COBBLESTONES, BRIDGWATER on Wednesday 15/9/2021 playing their first gig back after lockdown and I'm guessing it will be on the set list. Fantastic track guys and a hefty 10/10 from me!!!!
